Abstract 本发明公开了一种磁控式全固态激光器输出功率稳定装置,其特征在于,该装置包括磁控式镜片平移装置、全反射镜、全固态激光器的激光头、全固态激光器的输出镜、45°激光部分反射镜、光电探测器和控制器,磁控式镜片平移装置带动激光器的全反射镜前后移动改变腔长;45°激光部分反射镜在腔外放置,用于将少量激光反射至光电探测器,光电探测器将收集到的光信号转换为电信号,然后将电信号传送至控制器,控制器经过内部程序运算计算出合适的激光器腔长改变量,并发出相应的驱动电信号精确调节磁控式镜片平移装置的前后位移,带动全反射镜前后位移改变腔长,从而改变激光腔的腔内损耗,补偿功率波动。利用本发明,达到稳定激光器输出功率的效果。
