| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种复合结构光子晶体。该复合结构光子晶体包括：叠层设置的三层二维光子晶体板；其中：中间层的二维光子晶体板水平设置,用于实现在X-Y平面上对光波的调控；上层和下层的二维光子晶体板竖直设置,分别位于所述中间层的二维光子晶体板的上下两侧,其法线方向与所述中间层的二维光子晶体板法线方向垂直,用于实现在Z方向上对光波的调制。本发明实现了对光波的三维调控,解决了通常的二维光子晶体平板在垂直于平板方向对光波调控能力较弱的问题。 |
