| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种偏振分辨的差分反射谱测量系统,包括：一液氮杜瓦；一手动三维平移台；一消色差透镜；一激震器用于周期性震动透镜；一宽波段四分之一波长波片；一双输出格兰泰勒棱镜；一宽波段线偏振片以及一宽波长二分之一波长波片；一单色仪；一超连续白光光源；一探测器；两台锁相放大器；以及一斩波。利用本发明,通过配备低温杜瓦,可以测量样品在77K至300K之间的偏振分辨差分反射谱,从而可以进一步研究分析物质与自旋相关的能带结构和特性。 |
