Abstract本发明公开了一种集成化光学向量-矩阵乘法器,该光学向量-矩阵乘法器由可扩展的内积运算单元构成,该内积运算单元由一维排列的多个可调谐的平行波导结构的微环谐振器构成,该光学向量-矩阵乘法器采用集成光学的方式实现M×N矩阵与N×1向量的乘法,其中矩阵和向量中的元素均为0或1的二进制数,M、N为自然数。本发明提供的这种基于微环谐振器的光学向量-矩阵乘法器,集成度高,可扩展性强,且便于与电学元件集成,提高了信息传递速率,减小了信息传递的延迟,避免了模拟光计算系统的精度差、可编程能力弱等缺点,并解决了传统光学向量-矩阵乘法器空间分集效率低下的问题。
