| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种用于通信的LED恒流源驱动电路，该电路包括信号输入电路(1)、电压偏置电路(2)和恒流放大电路(3)，其中信号输入电路(1)和电压偏置电路(2)的输出端共同连接于恒流放大电路(3)的输入端，信号输入电路(1)的输出信号与电压偏置电路(2)的偏置电压叠加之后进入恒流放大电路(3)。本发明提供的这种用于通信的LED恒流源驱动电路，其输出频率最高可达10MHz，工作在非全开全关模式，信号稳定，精度高，不受环境影响。 |
