Abstract本发明公开了一种固定固体激光器谐振腔中光学元件的方法,采用套管(可以是玻璃管、陶瓷管或金属管)来固定光学元件,光学元件固定于套管内,且光学元件的对称面与套管的轴线方向垂直。光学元件与套管的内壁之间采用涂胶或焊接的方式固定。利用本发明,提高了固体激光器稳定性及可靠性。与其他传统结构相比,调节方便;可使各元件严格同轴;各元件间距方便调节,便于使腔参数达到最优;密封光路;提高稳定性及可靠性;成本低廉,便于量产。
