| Abstract | 本发明提供一种紫外-红外双波段探测器及其制作方法，其中紫外-红外双波段探测器，包括：一紫外波段探测器；一红外波段探测器，该红外波段探测器通过金属键合工艺与紫外波段探测器倒装互连在一起，该紫外波段探测器与红外波段探测器的一侧对齐。本发明提供的紫外-红外双波段探测器及其制作方法，可以实现紫外和红外双波段同时探测，目标信息更加丰富，提高了器件的实用性。同时，材料生长及器件制作工艺简单，有利于器件的焦平面化。 |
