| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种用于金属有机物化学沉积设备的衬托盘的制作工艺，包括以下步骤：在纯度≥98％、平均粒径0.5μm以下、具有流动性的碳化硅微粉中添加烧结助剂，采用干式混合法形成混合物；采用干压成型工艺压制成型以形成坯体；对坯体进行高温真空烧结；对烧结后的坯体磨削加工以形成衬托盘。本发明还涉及一种采用上述工艺制作而成的用于金属有机物化学沉积设备的衬托盘。 |
