Abstract本发明提供一种金属催化脱氢提高镁掺杂氮化物激活效率的方法,包括如下步骤:步骤1:用溅射或者蒸发的方法在p型氮化物样品表面沉积一层金属薄层;步骤2:对沉积金属薄层的p型氮化物进行退火;步骤3:用酸溶液去除p型氮化物样品表面的金属薄层;步骤4:用去离子水对去除了金属薄层的p型氮化物样品表面清洗干净。
