Abstract一种固体激光器用YAG棒的固定方法,包括如下步骤:在一矩形的YAG棒热沉的一表面纵向开有一上圆弧凹槽;在矩形的YAG棒热沉的上圆弧凹槽的两边错开纵向开有多个细孔;将YAG棒居中放在YAG棒热沉的上圆弧凹槽里;用不锈钢丝依次穿过YAG棒无氧铜热沉上圆弧凹槽两边的细孔,将YAG棒固定在YAG棒无氧铜热沉上;在半导体激光二极管热沉的一表面纵向开有一与YAG棒热沉的上圆弧凹槽对应的下圆弧凹槽;将半导体激光二极管阵列封装在半导体激光二极管热沉上的下圆弧凹槽内;将固定有YAG棒的热沉扣置于半导体激光二极管热沉的下圆弧凹槽上,并将半导体激光二极管热沉和YAG棒热沉固定;在固定好的半导体激光二极管热沉和YAG棒热沉的两端加上前后腔镜。
