| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种制作纳米压印印章的方法，该方法通过电子束曝光在电子束胶上得到纳米图形，利用金属蒸发和电镀的方法将该纳米图形填充后转移到金属表面，然后将带有微纳结构的金属镀膜转移粘附在金属衬底上，得到可重复使用的纳米压印印章。该方法制作的金属纳米压印印章具有高硬度和良好的延展性能，同时制作成本较低，工艺实现简单，在微纳图形加工技术领域可以得到广泛应用。 |
