| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种基于双光子激发的肿瘤诊断和光动力肿瘤治疗仪器，包括近红外半导体激光光源(1)、光功率检测模块(2)、光耦合模块(3)、光纤接口模块(4)、电源模块(5)、荧光光谱分析模块(6)、系统保护报警模块(7)、系统控制模块(8)和人机接口模块(9)。该仪器利用光敏剂的双光子吸收效应，在近红外激光作用下，实现深度肿瘤及大块肿瘤的有效光动力治疗；利用光敏剂本身的双光子激发荧光光谱及双光子激发荧光成像来诊断肿瘤，仪器同时具有诊断功能和治疗功能。 |
