Abstract本发明公开了一种线性及非线性磁光克尔测量系统,包括:一超短脉冲激光器;一带有光学窗口的氦气闭循环制冷机用以控制样品的温度;一气隙和磁场大小可调的电磁铁;一激光泵浦光路把激光器的输出激光引入并聚焦到制冷头内的样品表面来激发样品;一激光探测光路,激光器输出的一束激光被样品反射后,其偏振面发生旋转;一线性克尔信号收集光路收集探测光的基频信号;一非线性克尔信号收集光路接收探测光的倍频信号;一锁相放大器信号采集系统,把信号滤波放大后送给计算机处理;一光斑监视系统,用来精确控制泵浦束光斑与探测束光斑的重合度。利用本发明提供的这种线性及非线性磁光克尔测量系统,可同时调节样品感受到的磁场强度和温度,实现可变温的稳态以及时间分辨动态线性与非线性磁光克尔效应测试。
