Abstract一种光子晶体微腔激光器进行气体折射率传感的方法,包括如下步骤:步骤1:取一光子晶体激光器,将激光器F置于恒温箱中;步骤2:搭建传感所需的光路系统,该光路系统包括:一光源,在光源的入射光路上有一偏振片、一半反半透镜及一置放有光子晶体激光器的恒温箱,在与入射光路垂直的半反半透镜的反射光路上依次置放有探测器和光谱仪;步骤3:通过光源发出的光照射在光子晶体激光器上,激发出激光经半反半透镜,由探测器收集;步骤4:光谱仪将探测器收集的激光光谱进行分析,得到激射峰数据,完成折射率的传感。
