Abstract本发明公开了一种硅基集成化的光学加密调制器,该光学加密调制器由两个纳米线微环谐振器MRR实现,具有两个输入端和一个输出端,该两个输入端分别输入一明文电脉冲序列和一密钥电脉冲序列,输出端输出一密文光脉冲序列,该输出的密文光脉冲序列可直接进入光纤进行传输。本发明的突出优点是:使用单个器件同时完成了加密与调制功能,它利用现成的工艺技术,使得器件体积小,功耗低,扩展性好,便于与电学元件集成,特别适合用于对体积、功耗及成本敏感的场合。
