Abstract一种有机染料分子敏化非晶硅/微晶硅太阳电池的制备方法,其主要步骤如下:步骤1:在透明导电衬底上沉积一层PIN结构电池的P层或N层;步骤2:在P层或N层上沉积酞菁锌薄膜与非晶硅薄膜的PIN结构的复合本征I层,或酞菁锌薄膜与微晶硅薄膜的PIN结构的复合本征I层;步骤3:在复合本征I层上沉积一层PIN结构电池的N层或P层;步骤4:在所沉积的N层或P层之上制备导电电极;步骤5:对所制备的电池进行连接、测试、封装。本发明具有较好的光吸收性能与较好的电学输运性质,从而提高电池的光电转换效率。
