Abstract 本发明公开了一种光生微波信号源及方法。本发明通过采用同一激光器所产生两种模式的激光作为光源,该两种模式的激光在频域上相邻,同为纵模,具有相关性,其在进行差频操作时,相位噪声小,波长匹配度较好,从而满足了进行差频操作对光源相干性的要求,提高了光生微波信号的稳定性。
