Abstract频率响应是探测器的重要特性之一,本征频率响应决定了探测器的响应带宽.在前人使用扣除法提取探测器本征频率响应工作的基础上,综合考虑反向偏置电压和温度等两种影响频率响应的因素,分别进行基于反向偏置电压和温度的实验.结合物理模型对实验及拟合结果进行分析讨论,提取了最接近实际情况的探测器的本征频率响应
